WHY We started
The “Why” Behind The Blog
Here’s little bit more about us. We met during the challenging days of Covid, in the brief window between the 2020 lockdowns when the UK still allowed travel. During this time, we both went on a group holiday to Turkey with our friends. Little did we know, however, that this trip would ultimately change our lives forever 🥰.
Once the world opened its borders in early 2022, we started travelling together like we’ve been trying to make up for lost time; we’ve visited 27 countries and 5 continents together and counting!
Along the way, friends and family kept asking for travel tips and recommendations. As a result, we started sharing our tips and hidden spots on Instagram. While posting on Instagram was fun, we soon realized that we needed a more organized space to share all our advice. That’s how this blog was born: a one-stop hub to share everything what we’ve learned and help you make your own adventures unforgettable.
